| Baycon 2006 Memorial Day Weekend 2006 |
I worked this year's Baycon as Head of Theater Tech. It was a real wringer so there are not many shots from enjoying the con. Many things were not taken care of when they should have been and I tried to solve it all. I learned that I can delegate, that I take good care of my people and that I don't hand things off to those above me when I should. I try to solve it all until I learn I can't, then I hand it off. We also tried to have bachelorette party at the con. The first two pictures are for the photo scavenger hunt.
