Events are parties this time around. Dorothy decided she wanted to have a nice
fancy Tea party, so she threw one herself. It was a lovely
time, lovely people, lovely food, lovely clothes. Crystal and Karen were looking
for an opportunity to costume, it being the other end of the year from Halloween
and decided on a Spring theme, The Rites of Spring. Only
four of us actually wore costumes although there was a nod by a couple of others.
Hmmm maybe our friends aren't as obsessed about costuming the way we are...

Rites of Spring - the theme to this party was Spring, a few people followed through with it. I feel sadness for those that didn't. (3 April 2004) |
